Job Description
Designer Pleno at The Joy Lab creating and evolving visual brand elements for social media and digital campaigns. Collaborating with marketing teams to align objectives and enhance quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visual assets for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, cover images and other digital formats.
- Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all communication channels.
- Adapt campaigns, key visuals and creative concepts to different formats and platforms.
- Drive the visual evolution of digital channels by proposing layout improvements, formats and creative approaches.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Content and Marketing teams to develop assets aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Support the creation of materials for launches, campaigns, activations and communication initiatives.
- Make adjustments, revisions and refinements, ensuring a high standard of visual quality.
- Stay up to date with design trends, digital behavior and references in the beauty, lifestyle and branding spheres.
- Contribute to the production of corporate materials, presentations and other visual requests from the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising or related fields.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Experience in adapting campaigns and developing visual identities.
- Knowledge of motion design (Motion) is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus.
