Job Description
Senior Designer supporting design function during maternity leave at ApprovalMax. Collaborating with the design team to ensure continuity of marketing and web design tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
- Ensure consistency with ApprovalMax brand guidelines.
- Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components as part of ongoing web improvements.
- Prepare clear, web-ready designs for development.
- Work closely with the freelance HubSpot front-end developer to support page-building and implementation accuracy.
- Coordinate frequently with the other Mid-Level designers to balance daily workloads and ensure smooth delivery.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing to support campaign asset needs.
- Produce simple video edits (cutdowns, subtitles, light adjustments).
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Senior Designer in SaaS environment.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva; basic video editing required.
- Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus).
- Comfortable collaborating with developers; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced marketing team.
