Job Description

Graphic Designer at Solutions RH designing labels and packaging for food, beverages, and cosmetics. Collaborating with teams to ensure technical quality and visual excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop label and packaging layouts for various sectors (food, beverages, cosmetics, chemicals), following briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare print-ready files (final artwork), ensuring compliance with technical specifications for different printing processes such as flexography, digital printing, and offset.
  • Perform color proofs, make fine adjustments to images and text, and optimize graphic elements to ensure production quality and fidelity.
  • Collaborate with prepress, production, and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and visual excellence of projects.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, from concept through final client approval.
  • Create mockups and visual presentations of labels for internal and external validation.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and label printing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in graphic design for packaging and labels, preferably in a print shop or specialized agency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
  • Solid knowledge of prepress processes, file finalization, and printing methods specific to labels (flexography, digital, offset).
  • Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards applicable to labels (e.g., ANVISA, INMETRO, nutritional information).
  • Strong, relevant professional portfolio demonstrating experience in label and packaging design.
  • Understanding of color management (CMYK, Pantone) and its application across different substrates.
