Job Description
Designer at ITG shaping creative assets for clients across digital platforms. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with client objectives while managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative design solutions for a variety of digital media channels.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute client briefs to the highest standard.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets while exploring creative approaches that engage audiences effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work.
- Provide constructive feedback on team members' work and support their development when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects (2+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, including UX/UI best practices.
- Ability to interpret and implement feedback while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Passionate about design and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
- Reside in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
