Job Description
Engenheiro(a) DevOps para a Leve Saúde, uma operadora de saúde focando em automação de pipelines e confiabilidade. Garantindo práticas de DevSecOps e integração com equipes multidisciplinares.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain standardized, cloud-agnostic CI/CD pipelines that enable application deployment across different clouds without reworking delivery logic.
- Implement and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, ensuring declarative, versioned, and traceable provisioning.
- Promote an observability culture by implementing unified monitoring of logs, metrics, and tracing to ensure visibility into application health regardless of target cloud.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices by embedding security, compliance, and quality checks directly into automation and continuous delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and product teams to support best practices for continuous delivery, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including managed clusters such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or OKE.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Advanced scripting skills using Python, Go, and/or Bash.
- Experience with cloud and/or multicloud environments.
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
- Experience with SRE or Platform Engineering practices.
- Knowledge of security policies, compliance, and automation of controls.
