Job Description
Digital Advertising Consultant optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns for automotive dealers. Collaborating cross-functionally to analyze and execute effective strategies for client success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with on-boarding to regular day to day account management
- Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the company
- Maintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the company
- Act as a true consultant by understanding the client’s core goals
- Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients
- Execute and present results of key initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio
- Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals
- Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company
- Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- 2+ year experience managing digital campaigns
- 1+ years account management or customer service experience
- Google Analytics Certification (Preferred)
- Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications (Preferred)
- Experience as a PPC analyst (Preferred)
- Experience with ads management software such as Fluency, Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce or Acquisio (Preferred)
