Job Description
Join BlackRainbow as an Associate Enablement Consultant to deliver NIMBUS solutions. Create e-learning and video content while enhancing customer knowledge in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver self-serve materials, including e-learning and video content
- Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps
- Learn, document, and share best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (Sales, Product, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
- Create and develop both internal documentation and initiatives to improve understanding and communication between business functions
- Record, communicate, and work to resolve any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience creating informative video content
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to learn and adapt autonomously
- Excellent general information technology skills
- Enthusiasm in learning new technologies
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3
- Familiarity with Forensic processes and tools (Desirable)
- Experience with Learning Management System Administration (Desirable)
- Experience public speaking (Desirable)
