Job Description
HubSpot Consultant overseeing HubSpot projects for clients at BEE Digital. Creating solutions for marketing and sales transformation with a focus on client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- You take end-to-end responsibility for HubSpot projects for existing and new clients: from discovery and workshop facilitation through solution design to implementation — and, above all, for managing execution (internal/external).
- You are the person who brings clarity, drives decisions, and builds HubSpot so it is truly used in day-to-day operations.
- Workshops & discovery: You plan, facilitate and document workshops (goals, processes, use cases, requirements) — confidently at stakeholder and decision-maker level.
- Solution design & process mapping: You translate business goals into HubSpot setups (Sales/Marketing/Service), including data model, lifecycle, pipelines, automations, reporting and governance.
- Hands-on implementation: You configure HubSpot yourself (including quality checks) and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Manage execution (delivery management): You break requirements into actionable work packages, brief internal/external teams (e.g., Ops/Dev/Content), manage timelines, dependencies and approvals — and maintain high quality.
- Enablement: You create training concepts, conduct trainings and build documentation/playbooks so clients can work independently.
- AI in daily work: You demonstrably use AI tools to accelerate analysis, concepting, documentation, QA and content workflows (e.g., meeting notes → requirements, prompt-based SOPs, QA checklists, structuring data/properties).
- Consultative growth: You identify opportunities with clients, develop next steps and work closely with Sales (scoping, effort estimation, value story).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HubSpot projects (Consulting/RevOps/CRM) with demonstrable results
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales / Marketing / Service (deep experience in at least 2 Hubs)
- Workshop facilitation: confident in preparation, moderation, driving outcomes and documentation
- Project management / delivery skills: backlog management, prioritization, dependencies, stakeholder management (certification nice-to-have)
- Ability to communicate clearly at C-level and facilitate decision-making
- AI tooling in everyday work is standard for you (not "nice to have") — you can provide examples of how you improve quality/speed with it
- Very good German and good English
- Self-driven, structured and team-oriented
- Nice-to-have: HubSpot certifications, RevOps experience, integrations (e.g., ERP, BI, form/tracking setups), CRM data migration
- Experience with external delivery partners/freelancers (briefing, QA, acceptance processes)
- Experience with standardization: templates, playbooks, governance, QA frameworks
Benefits:
- 30 days of annual leave for full-time employees
- Team events
- Joint hacking sessions
- Great office days at our headquarters in Zurich, right on the lake
