Job Description
Digital Marketing & Outreach Specialist managing content, SEO, and outreach for healthcare brands. Supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and engagement with various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Create content tailored to different audiences, including families, patients, referral partners, and community members.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude (or similar platforms) to draft, repurpose, and scale content production.
- Produce and coordinate short-form videos, social media graphics, captions, blog content, email copy, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content remains accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
- Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles and local business listings.
- Manage local SEO initiatives, including citations, listing consistency, online reviews, and local ranking performance.
- Improve visibility for high-intent local search terms.
- Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews professionally.
- Track and report local search performance metrics.
- Build and execute segmented email marketing campaigns for different audience groups.
- Develop targeted messaging and calls-to-action based on audience needs.
- Monitor open rates, click rates, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on results and engagement data.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure contact information remains current.
- Manage and reconcile contact databases within CRM platforms and Excel spreadsheets.
- Track outreach activities, meetings, calls, and campaign interactions.
- Organize contacts through proper segmentation and tagging for reporting and marketing purposes.
- Conduct outbound outreach to referral sources, healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners.
- Schedule appointments and introductions with qualified referral partners.
- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and support business development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role.
- Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with healthcare, home health, senior care, assisted living, or referral-based industries is highly preferred.
- Experience using AI content tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience with local SEO tools such as BrightLocal or comparable platforms is a plus.
- Basic graphic design and video editing experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
- Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
- Must have relevant work experience.
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory].
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed).
