Job Description
Director of Clinical Quality at Inovalon defining strategy and leading training oversight. Engaged in clinical direction for data abstraction across the organization and its vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall clinical quality strategy and direction of the organization
- Lead the design and execution of all clinical training and quality oversight for data abstraction
- Serve as subject matter expert for risk-adjustment and HEDIS
- Responsible for training all internal staff, partners, and vendors internationally
- Responsible for execution of all Joint Quality Audit processes
- Collaborate with Innovation team for new market capabilities
- Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statement
Requirements:
- Active RN license required
- 12+ years of relevant overall experience
- 6 years high level management experience, preferably in a Director level or higher role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality and/or compliance
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical coding
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with adult learning/training
