Job Description
Director of Engineering Operations leading strategic initiatives for KBR's Mission Technology Solutions. Overseeing business development and optimizing defense systems for national security.
Responsibilities:
- Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
- Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients.
- Monitoring and supporting the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources.
- Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
- Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
- Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field and at least 15 years of related experience.
- Graduate degree in related technical field preferred.
