Job Description
Inside Sales role to drive sales and support clients in the construction tech industry. Focused on engaging leads, conducting consultations, and collaborating with marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (customers who have already shown interest in the platform), thoroughly understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing
- Manage and monitor leads within the sales funnel, understanding needs and tracking performance
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals
- Support the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective customers and identifying ways to increase conversion
- Engage prospective customers through our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative and curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathy to understand and guide customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in sales
- Ability to work well in a team and be flexible with changing responsibilities
- Experience with SaaS (a plus)
- Experience working in the construction industry (preferred)
