Job Description
IBM Mainframe / JDA application Developer at Visvero, Inc. Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide systems in an Agile environment with a focus on scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IBM Mainframe / JDA applications.
- Lead and deliver large scale projects in Agile environment.
- Collaborate with team to ensure high performing enterprise-wide systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
- 15+ Years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large scale projects involving complex, scalable, and high performing enterprise-wide systems in an Agile environment.
- In depth knowledge of, IBM I (AS/400), communication protocols (FTP, SFTP), knowledge of Apache HTTP.
- Languages required: all IBM I (RPG, CL, DDS, SQL), JavaScript.
- Proven track record with adopting technology guidelines and emerging technologies in teams.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualification: Retail business systems preferred.
- Experience with JDA MMS and financial systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Profound UI would be extremely helpful.
