Job Description

Healthcare analytics director shaping data strategy for Swoop’s AI-driven healthcare engagement platform. Building analytics tools, pipelines, and AI assistants to improve patient and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction and roadmap for healthcare analytics aligned with company-wide priorities
  • Conduct advanced SQL-based data analysis and establish analytical rigor and reporting best practices
  • Own development and governance of analytical reports for short-term requests and long-term strategic initiatives
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and business unit leaders on data exploration and innovation
  • Build tools and pipelines supporting go-to-market teams with campaign and community engagement insights
  • Champion new methodologies and tooling for data analysis and reporting
  • Leverage AI and generative AI to build internal and potentially external analytics skills and assistants
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable business decisions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data and the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with pharmacy, pharmacy data, and treatment data
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with large datasets and data infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Curiosity and passion for data exploration and healthcare innovation
  • Excellent executive communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
