Job Description
Director of Engineering for 1Password managing enterprise password management strategy and delivery. Leading a team to securely manage enterprise access and enhance productivity with top security standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of 1Password's core enterprise credentials platform
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and marketing specialists
- Translate 1Password's business and product strategy into actionable roadmaps
Requirements:
- Deep experience in enterprise security and identity management
- Strong organizational and people leadership
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success
- Significant experience in managing teams and delivering complex engineering solutions
