Job Description
Director of Engineering leading software engineering teams in complex SaaS environments. Shaping future AI-powered solutions and managing cross-functional teams while focusing on product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own product outcomes for your teams — not just delivery
- Define what success looks like for the areas of the platform you own
- Servant Leader to SAFe/Scrum cross-functional teams
- Coach and elevate Product Owners from backlog managers to outcome-oriented thinkers
- Drive AI as both a product capability and a development practice
- Encourage best practices in development, testing, DevOps, and software architecture
- Interface with all parts of the business including executive leadership and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- 5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
- Experience operating in a regulated compliance environment — PCI DSS, SOC 2, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted and agentic development adoption
- Inquisitive and eager to learn — always looking for better approaches
