Job Description
Senior Director driving Development Partner Enablement for AI-first solutions at OneStream. Collaborating within Product & Engineering to foster innovation and standardization.
Responsibilities:
- Scale Genesis block development efforts to support broader organizational growth.
- Engage with individuals outside of Product & Engineering to understand their Genesis block development priorities and maintain their engagement with the broad Genesis solution direction and standards.
- Engage with Product & Engineering and ensure that the latest Genesis, ODS, and AI features are incorporated in the Solution Packaging Kit to drive partner adoption.
- Create best practice framework leveraging the platform features to standardize and codify solution creation.
- Align teams around market competitiveness but promote innovative thinking and development by broadcasting ideas and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate engagement and development efforts outside of OneStream, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Lead communication efforts to educate the OneStream ecosystem on block development, including the governance and process for constructing a well-defined block.
- Support the compilation of Genesis block development standards in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Define and communicate what it means to develop with Genesis, including use cases and innovative custom page integrations.
- Ensure block development aligns with solution repository standards.
- Establish and maintain a communication cadence to broadly share updates, use cases, and roadmap amplifications.
- Contribute to commercialization efforts by supporting Genesis-related release activities and collaborating with key team members.
- Take a lead role in partner enablement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- 5+ years in enablement, technical training, or solution/product evangelism roles.
- Proven experience aligning cross-functional teams around a product vision or standards.
- Strong background in community engagement, developer relations, or internal technical communities of practice.
- Experience facilitating technical workshops, demos, or product education sessions for a mixed audience (e.g., developers, consultants, product teams).
- Understanding of platform architecture, reusable components, and modular design (low-code/no-code experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience influencing without authority and driving adoption through engagement, not mandate.
