Job Description
Director of Information Security overseeing cybersecurity and risk management at RxVantage. Implementing controls and policies to protect data and ensure compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate people and processes to instill a "security first" mindset for information management
- Lead the management of risk and compliance of intellectual property
- Implement a security-readiness plan and provide guidance on security incident responses
- Oversee the GRC process and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in information security management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance
- Familiarity with GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) processes
- Expertise in network and cyber tool monitoring
- Ability to enforce policies and procedures for data protection
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with legal and technical teams
