- 12+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Deep technical domain expertise in building and scaling high-throughput Marketing Technology stacks
- Experience leading an organization through the adoption of AI/ML technologies
- Proven success in managing senior technical talent
- Expert-level mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Extensive hands-on experience designing cloud-native architectures
