Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer for ModSquad, designing, building, and deploying complex AI systems for high-stakes environments. Involves collaborative engagements with clients and deep system integration challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Embed with high-complexity client accounts to design, build, and deploy AI systems
- Run deep discovery to map actual workflows and identify friction
- Build production-grade agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop structures
- Navigate complexity: legacy systems, compliance requirements
- Build deployment playbooks
- Partner with Solutions Engineering team to improve architectural standards
- Travel to client sites as required
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting
- Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production
- Deep fluency with AI deployment patterns
- Strong integration and API skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity
- High EQ, personal accountability, and a sense of humor
