Job Description
DocSis Engineer focused on upgrading ISP infrastructure and managing client migrations. Supporting enterprise networks and collaborating with teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, maintaining, and upgrading ISP access/core/distribution/transit infrastructure
- Supporting enterprise networks for corporate clients
- Managing migrations from Cisco to Harmonic systems
- Resolving issues during client migrations
- Working with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper configuration
- Monitoring migration progress and maintaining timelines.
Requirements:
- Senior experience in telecommunications
- Strong knowledge of ISP core and distribution network design
- Familiarity with Cisco and Harmonic systems
- Experience in project management and team collaboration
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Guidance to junior team members.
