Job Description
Dutch-speaking customer experts providing technical support for a leading telecommunications tech organization in Greece. Resolving connectivity issues and guiding customers across phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical support for clients within the telecommunications sector via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex connectivity, network, and hardware issues to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Educate customers on telecommunications products, digital services, and premium upgrade options.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to streamline support processes and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Serve as a brand ambassador representing the Tech Leader’s commitment to innovation and seamless communication solutions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex telecommunications hardware and software interfaces.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for a dynamic, high-tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach to customer resolution.
