Job Description
Medical aesthetics specialist delivering product education, customer support, and project execution for AbbVie’s aesthetics portfolio in Wuhan, China.
Responsibilities:
- 执行公司既定的工作计划、绩效目标和预算,在指定区域内针对医疗机构开展产品信息传递、学术沟通、客户需求反馈及相关项目执行。
- 洞察客户机会,挖掘并掌握客户需求,能够为客户提供专业的支持和培训等。
- 建立、完善和维护良好的目标客户群网络。
- 协助地区经理和市场部等跨部门人员,落实执行公司的各类项目;根据所负责机构/医院特性定制化调整,使执行效果最优。
- 遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动。
- 上级主管安排的其他任务。
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历,医药、医疗器材或相关专业毕业。
- 三年以上医药或医疗器械等相关领域工作经验,有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑。
- 良好的客户管理能力和团队合作能力。
- 良好的学习及数据分析能力。
- 乐于接受挑战并有良好的抗压能力。
- 有医疗美容产品相关行业经验的优先考虑。
