Job Description
Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Developer shaping go-to-market technology landscape at GP Strategies. Collaborating with teams to deliver CRM solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales applications (UCI, security roles, data models)
- Build integrations with Microsoft tools and third-party applications
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
- Create clear technical documentation and user guides
- Present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement in development
Requirements:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong skills in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience with Power Pages (Portals)
- Solid understanding of business processes and automation
- Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
- Experience with ALM, version control, and change management tools
- JavaScript for client-side customization (preferred)
- Power BI for reporting and analytics (preferred)
- SharePoint integration or development experience (preferred)
- Background in business analysis or project management (preferred)
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210) (preferred)
