Job Description

Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Developer shaping go-to-market technology landscape at GP Strategies. Collaborating with teams to deliver CRM solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales applications (UCI, security roles, data models)
  • Build integrations with Microsoft tools and third-party applications
  • Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
  • Create clear technical documentation and user guides
  • Present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement in development

Requirements:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong skills in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience with Power Pages (Portals)
  • Solid understanding of business processes and automation
  • Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
  • Experience with ALM, version control, and change management tools
  • JavaScript for client-side customization (preferred)
  • Power BI for reporting and analytics (preferred)
  • SharePoint integration or development experience (preferred)
  • Background in business analysis or project management (preferred)
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210) (preferred)
