Job Description
Electrical Designer for facilities focusing on power distribution and controls design in an engineering firm. Requires experience in AutoCAD and knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective safe electrical diagrams
- Provide assistance in the installation of equipment and systems
- Work in an office setting with occasional travel to fulfill duties
Requirements:
- Experience in AutoCAD and SKM
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Electrical Designer must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Electrical Designer must be able to pass a criminal background screen.
- Electrical Designer must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Power and Controls experience - Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
- Must be willing and open to overnight travel for various projects.
- Software to be used includes:
- AutoCAD
- SKM
- Microsoft Office
