Job Description
ESG Manager developing and implementing sustainability principles at CPM Holdings. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to integrate ESG goals across operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the strategic direction for integrating ESG goals across the company
- Collaborate with senior leaders to infuse sustainability and ethical practices into business operations
- Craft comprehensive ESG policies
- Engage with investors, customers, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare ESG reports for stakeholders
- Assist BU teams in product development
- Build and lead a team dedicated to ESG initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with a strategic mindset
- Strong knowledge of ESG standards, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ISSB, SASB, UK SRS, GRI or similar sustainability reporting practices
- Experience with EcoVadis or similar sustainability rating agencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest or experience with using sustainability as a value proposition
- Experience in leading change and embedding sustainable practices into organizations
