Job Description

Senior technical leader for AI Platform at CVS Health, architecting scalable AI infrastructure and collaborating across engineering and business teams. Proven ability in translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall technical strategy and design principles for the AI Platform
  • Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools that align with strategic business goals
  • Define, engineer, and implement strategic automation and AI use cases that enhance AI capabilities for the organization
  • Engage in research and development activities to explore new technologies, conduct proofs-of-concept, and identify innovative solutions to advance AI Platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical decisions and business objectives
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the organization in adopting and leveraging emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in Software Engineering or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in deep problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems
  • 2+ years of experience with AI/ML systems, including LLM integration or AI platform development
  • Proven experience building enterprise-scale platforms from scratch supporting thousands of developers and high-volume workloads
  • Experience in managing complex projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills; proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale automation solutions within complex organizational structure
