Job Description

Executive Sales Officer managing customer relationships and originating new business at Flagstar Financial. Focused on middle market companies in diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in middle market companies
  • Originate new customer relationships through direct channels
  • Evaluate financial position of clients and transaction structure
  • Partner with credit and documentation teams to meet service expectations
  • Monitor existing client creditworthiness and market dynamics

Requirements:

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
  • 4+ years of sales experience in similar equipment financing environment
  • Expert knowledge of equipment financing products, pricing, and structure
  • Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of financial/credit policies and financial statements
  • Ability to build a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency with SuperTRUMP, T Value and other CRM applications
