Job Description
Executive Sales Officer managing customer relationships and originating new business at Flagstar Financial. Focused on middle market companies in diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in middle market companies
- Originate new customer relationships through direct channels
- Evaluate financial position of clients and transaction structure
- Partner with credit and documentation teams to meet service expectations
- Monitor existing client creditworthiness and market dynamics
Requirements:
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4+ years of sales experience in similar equipment financing environment
- Expert knowledge of equipment financing products, pricing, and structure
- Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of financial/credit policies and financial statements
- Ability to build a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficiency with SuperTRUMP, T Value and other CRM applications
