Job Description
Financial Controller responsible for building financial infrastructure for DBG International. Overseeing financial operations, budgeting frameworks, and multi-entity reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Build financial operating infrastructure for DBG International
- Implement scalable financial systems and controls
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks across entities
- Oversee financial operations and coordinate intercompany reconciliations
- Develop operational finance processes and governance structures
- Provide financial insights and support executive leadership in strategic analysis
Requirements:
- Executive level experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, SAP)
- Excellent understanding of budgeting frameworks
- Ability to manage multi-entity financial operations
- Experience with international financial reporting and compliance
