Job Description
Supervising finance operations for international transactions at DRUMMOND. This role involves overseeing compliance and managing financial bookkeeping processes for banking activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise finance department operations
- Handle foreign exchange closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with banking processes
- Manage opening of bank accounts in Brazil
- Oversee financial bookkeeping and invoicing
- Utilize ERP and financial systems for reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in the Finance Department
- Advanced knowledge of banking processes
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange closing procedures and required documentation
- Experience with opening bank accounts in Brazil
- Knowledge of financial bookkeeping processes
- Experience issuing invoices through the municipal tax authority system
- Proficiency with ERP and financial systems such as Omie, Conta Azul, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
