Job Description
Flood Risk and Compliance Review Specialist ensuring compliance for flood-related loans at Fulton Bank. Performing pre-closing reviews and assisting in risk management for bank affiliates.
Responsibilities:
- Performs an independent pre-closing review of flood information for commercial and retail loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Verifies flood notices to borrowers are provided prior to closing
- Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the completion of the flood worksheet
- Consults with manager on complex issues and escalates cases when necessary
- Assists affiliate bank staff with risk management of flood and other concerns
- Maintains working knowledge of emerging federal, state laws, and regulations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 3 or more years Banking, compliance, insurance, or real estate experience (Required)
