Job Description
Flutter Developer creating high complexity mobile solutions for Grupo Boticário. Contributing to multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical quality in digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-complexity mobile solutions with quality and adherence to the team's architecture standards
- Actively participate in technical product discussions, proposing solutions to the challenges presented
- Perform code reviews applying development best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, UX, security, etc.)
- Contribute to the evolution of the application architecture and support strategic decisions
- Debug and resolve technical issues autonomously
Requirements:
- Flutter (2+ years): Experience in Flutter development, including state management (Provider, BLoC or Riverpod), navigation and API integration.
- Mobile Development: Knowledge of mobile application lifecycles, UX/UI best practices and basic performance optimization.
- Full Stack Experience: Experience as a Full Stack developer with expertise in front-end (Flutter).
- Backend: Experience in backend development with Node.js.
- Backend Integration: Experience developing integrated solutions via REST APIs, applying error handling, authentication and asynchronous data handling techniques.
- Version Control: Knowledge of Git workflows (Git Flow, trunk-based development).
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and participation in ceremonies (daily standup, planning, retrospective, review, etc.).
- Testing: Application of unit and widget tests, ensuring reliability, maintainability and safety in the codebase.
