Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer building AI-powered healthcare products by launching MVPs and collaborating with leadership. Focused on growth opportunities and improving healthcare workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new product and growth opportunities
- Build MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept
- Launch pilots with customers and partners
- Use AI to improve healthcare workflows
- Create business cases and go-to-market plans
- Validate ideas before major investment
- Work directly with executives and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product, engineering, or technical operations
- Healthcare, healthtech, payer, or provider experience
- Product launch, MVP, or pilot experience
- Git proficiency and SDLC fluency
- Deep experience with AI coding tools
- U.S. work authorization required
- No sponsorship available
- Able to pass a background check
