Job Description
FP&A Manager at Felix, collaborating with finance and operations teams to enhance financial efficiency. Delivering strategic insights and supporting high-growth technology initiatives in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Pharmacy, Clinical, and Customer Experience (CX) operations to drive unit-level margins and efficiencies.
- Track and report key operational metrics across Felix, ensuring data integrity for all business units.
- Design and maintain labour models to scale our Pharmacy, Clinical and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Model and report on fulfillment costs to optimize the "cost-to-serve".
- Review and report on inventory trends to optimize supply chain, working capital and cash flow.
- Own the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast for all operations teams.
- Build financial models and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
- Unearth value opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to implement projects.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of reporting packages and strategic analysis for Board Meetings.
- Improve finance systems and infrastructure to drive departmental efficiencies as the team scales.
- Execute other FP&A and finance activities as required to support the finance function and broader leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance supporting Operations.
- Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Experience in business partnering with operations teams or a background in B2C, pharmacy, or logistics is a significant asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is an asset.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Ability to travel within Canada as required to support our pharmacy locations.
