Job Description

FP&A Manager at Felix, collaborating with finance and operations teams to enhance financial efficiency. Delivering strategic insights and supporting high-growth technology initiatives in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Pharmacy, Clinical, and Customer Experience (CX) operations to drive unit-level margins and efficiencies.
  • Track and report key operational metrics across Felix, ensuring data integrity for all business units.
  • Design and maintain labour models to scale our Pharmacy, Clinical and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
  • Model and report on fulfillment costs to optimize the "cost-to-serve".
  • Review and report on inventory trends to optimize supply chain, working capital and cash flow.
  • Own the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast for all operations teams.
  • Build financial models and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
  • Unearth value opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to implement projects.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of reporting packages and strategic analysis for Board Meetings.
  • Improve finance systems and infrastructure to drive departmental efficiencies as the team scales.
  • Execute other FP&A and finance activities as required to support the finance function and broader leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance supporting Operations.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills.
  • Experience in business partnering with operations teams or a background in B2C, pharmacy, or logistics is a significant asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Ability to travel within Canada as required to support our pharmacy locations.
