Job Description
Shopify Front-End Developer architecting high-performance digital storefronts for global brands. Enhancing user experience and optimizing storefronts while collaborating with designers and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build high-performance, conversion-focused digital storefronts for global brands.
- Translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and interactive Shopify themes.
- Enhance static designs with thoughtful micro-interactions, animations, and UI improvements.
- Drive business results by making critical front-end decisions impacting Core Web Vitals, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Test and optimize storefronts for speed and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing squads for meticulously crafted customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Shopify Liquid, custom theme architecture, and the Theme Kit/CLI.
- Mastery of modern, vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS/Sass.
- Demonstrable experience in frontend performance optimization with a deep understanding of Core Web Vitals.
- A strong portfolio of live Shopify sites that showcases exceptional attention to detail and UI polish.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Plus: Experience with the Shopify API ecosystem (REST & GraphQL) and building custom Shopify apps (e.g., with Node.js) is a major advantage.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
