Job Description
Frontend Developer specializing in React at digital transformation consultancy. Leading initiatives for scalable and high-performance front-end projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end projects from a technical perspective.
- Define React standards and best practices.
- Implement Micro Frontends.
- Ensure quality, performance, and security.
- Mentor teams and perform code reviews.
Requirements:
- ReactJS
- React 18+, Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit, advanced TypeScript, Suspense, Error Boundaries, and Design Patterns.
- Micro Frontends and Single-SPA
- Distributed architecture, independent deployments, governance, observability, and orchestration using Single-SPA, Import Maps, and Lazy Loading.
- Web Performance
- Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), Lighthouse, tree shaking, code splitting, CDNs, caching, and continuous monitoring.
- SEO and GEO
- Technical SEO for React, SSR, SSG, structured data, Google Search Console, and optimization for generative AI search engines.
- Figma Dev Mode
- Use of design tokens, componentization, Design System integration, and Figma-driven development.
- Applied AI in Development
- GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and automation for code, tests, and documentation.
