Job Description
Frontend Engineer at Employment Hero building and scaling product experiences used by thousands globally. Working in an AI-first engineering culture with a remote-first team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale product experiences used by thousands of businesses globally
- Take ownership of frontend delivery in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
- Work in an AI-first engineering culture, leverage AI and agentic ways of working to move faster and solve problems more effectively
- Contribute to product and technical direction within a collaborative, remote-first team
- Continuously raise the bar on how we build, from code quality to delivery speed and product impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Frontend Engineering with ownership of production systems
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern build tools
- Experience with CI/CD and web performance optimization
- Solid understanding of testing, engineering fundamentals, and Agile
- Strong English communication for global collaboration
- AI-first and agentic mindset, leveraging AI to improve delivery
- High ownership, fast execution, adaptable in high-change environments
- Open to expanding beyond frontend towards Fullstack
- Proactive, able to challenge and contribute in a high-performance team
