Job Description
Desenvolvedora Frontend React na plataforma de agentes de IA generativa do Grupo Boticário. Criando interfaces, testes e soluções escaláveis para canais de negócio.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the Agent Platform team, a centralized platform for creating, managing, and running LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels
- Build an agent development platform that enables functional teams to independently leverage Generative AI
- Bring the technical vision for products to life in partnership with the Tech Lead
- Write clean code and optimized algorithms
- Actively participate in technical reviews to keep the squad’s technical debt low
- Implement and evolve the Agent Platform interface in collaboration with Product and Design
- Ensure product quality through testing, accessibility, journey tagging/analytics, and frontend observability
- Implement and evolve frontend and backend solutions, prioritizing quality, performance, simplicity, and user experience
- Develop, test, deploy, and monitor solutions
- Enhance applications, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, and design and implement systems
- Participate in product implementation decisions, demonstrating ownership
- Maintain, improve, and review existing code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming
- Keep documentation up to date
- Work collaboratively and seek innovative, viable solutions to problems
Requirements:
- Strong experience in web development using React
- Strong experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar
- Knowledge of the AWS platform
- Familiarity with secure development, security assessments, vulnerabilities, and incident response
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional, multi-language, and collaborative environment
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Proactive, questioning, analytical profile with systems thinking
- Ability to discuss frontend trade-offs and communicate effectively with Design and Product
- Experience using AI assistants in the development workflow, such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor
- Strong communication skills and ability to align with business needs
- Nice to have: experience integrating LLM APIs, Generative AI engines, or agent platforms
- Nice to have: experience developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments
- Nice to have: experience with backend development using Python, Django, or an equivalent framework, with the autonomy to evolve the BFF alongside the frontend
