Job Description
Front End Developer Analyst configuring and implementing healthcare systems for TELUS Health. Troubleshooting client issues, testing solutions, and supporting technical implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining quality standards
- Understand business and system requirements and ensure assigned requirements are met timely and accurately
- Liaise with Project Managers, Client Managers, Technical Managers, Infrastructure teams, and Developers on client projects and implementation demands
- Analyze business requirements and produce system specifications and configuration designs
- Ensure quality control and service standards for assigned activities, including system testing and validation
- Participate in system implementation projects, assisting with system configuration and customization
- Work as a team member on implementation and support projects
- Participate in ongoing learning on organizational systems, industry topics, and emerging trends
- Identify process improvements and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency and workflows
- Support special projects and additional tasks with guidance from senior team members
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related field (required)
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in system implementation, analysis, technical support, or a related IT/business analysis role
- Basic understanding of system configuration and implementation principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Foundational knowledge of SQL or ability to query databases and understand data relationships
- Familiarity with ASP.NET, ASP, Python, or JavaScript
- Basic understanding of web development or system architecture concepts
- Familiarity with testing tools and QA processes
- Basic knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and ability to code and test for web accessibility compliance
- Fluent in English (required)
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
