Job Description
Frontend-leaning full-stack engineer building AI music creation interfaces for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. Turning new music models into creator-facing products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the user interface for music creation within ElevenLabs Creative
- Work with Research to turn new music models into usable products
- Define distinct user experiences for creating songs, scoring videos, and localizing tracks into other languages
- Form a product vision and build the experience end to end
- Make it easy to adopt new music models as they become available
- Decompose ambiguous problems and carry initiatives through legal, design, engineering, and launch with Growth
- Collaborate in a small, high-ownership team across product, research, and go-to-market
Requirements:
- Strong frontend experience shipping complex production UIs using React/TypeScript or equivalent
- Comfortable working on the backend when needed
- Experience owning ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition through launch
- Experience working closely with designers using Figma
- Experience collaborating across legal, safety, growth, and design functions
- Ability to weigh trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions
- Ability to build systems where new models can be swapped in as they become available
- Ability to operate in Central European timezones
- Bonus: Music, audio, creative-tools, or music hobby experience
- Bonus: Experience building media-heavy interfaces such as audio, video, or timeline editors
