- independently deliver end-to-end technical solutions
- collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders
- structure implementation scope and estimate effort
- balance engineering quality with pragmatic delivery decisions
Requirements:
- strong experience building end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend
- strong commercial experience with Java and Kotlin
- focus on software quality and real business impact
- active and pragmatic use of AI tools
