Job Description
Fullstack Developer for SaaS solutions in the construction and legal sectors. Collaborating on building sustainable software solutions using Java and React.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to robust, sustainable, and results-driven solutions;
- Work with technical autonomy, helping with planning and mentoring more junior developers;
- Help build a software engineering environment focused on quality, performance, and continuous improvement;
- Use AI tools (such as Windsurf, Copilot, JetBrains AI, Anthropic) to accelerate development and test automation;
- Our stack includes technologies such as Java, Spring, React, JUnit, Mockito, Git, Hibernate, and others;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience with Java 11+ and the Spring Framework;
- Experience with React.js, including hooks, componentization, and integration with REST APIs;
- Practical application of SOLID principles and strong knowledge of Design Patterns;
- Practical knowledge of Clean Code and Clean Architecture/Hexagonal Architecture;
- Strong experience with unit testing;
- Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development);
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL;
- Experience with Java application servers, especially WildFly;
- Experience using AI tools in development such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, JetBrains AI, Claude Code, Codex, among others;
- Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts;
- Ability to use generative AI strategically throughout the development cycle, including ideation, coding, testing, and documentation.
