Job Description
Fullstack Engineer building AI infrastructure, APIs, and developer tools at Diagrid. Developing scalable TypeScript and Node.js products for reliable production AI applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
- Build APIs, integrations, and services powering Diagrid's AI infrastructure and developer-facing products
- Develop tools and services enabling developers to build, deploy, manage, and operate AI agents reliably in production
- Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements
- Build intuitive interfaces, APIs, and workflows that simplify complex distributed systems
- Collaborate with AI, platform, product, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and deliver customer value
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to architectural decisions
- Work on distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, integrations, and reliability challenges in production AI applications
Requirements:
- Strong professional experience developing production applications with TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience building modern web applications using React or a similar frontend framework
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and service integrations
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, and modern deployment practices
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, performance, security, and maintainability
- Ability to independently own technical projects and deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in an environment where requirements evolve
- Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
- A product mindset and genuine interest in understanding the problems developers and customers are trying to solve
- Experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, or LLM integrations
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, or agent development patterns
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or microservices
- Knowledge of Dapr, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or asynchronous workflows
- Contributions to open-source projects or experience working with developer-focused products
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth technology startup
- Availability for a core US overlap window of 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST
- Must be based in India
- Authorized to work in the country/state/province where the position is located
