Job Description
Global Process Owner for Rx Scheduling at Zoetis, overseeing SAP S/4HANA processes and driving supply chain efficiency. Requires deep scheduling expertise and proven leadership in global environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the global template design and process documentation for Rx Scheduling
- Define, maintain, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scheduling within S/4HANA
- Lead requirements gathering, functional specification, and solution design for new capabilities delivered by S/4HANA
- Define data requirements and operational reporting standards for Rx Scheduling
- Oversee business testing scenario definition, UAT, and solution acceptance
- Document and report on project status, risks, and milestone progress
- Act as a key member of the global template governance body, ensuring market localization requirements are addressed
- Collaborate across functional areas (Commercial, Finance, Technology & Digital) to ensure end-to-end process alignment
- Manage scope, resources, and deliverables in line with program objectives
- Stay abreast of new SAP S/4HANA releases; assess and communicate key functionalities relevant to Zoetis’ business model
- Ensure users are trained and supported on newly released functionalities
- Define and deploy tools and automation to drive continuous efficiency gains
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for process harmonization and master data management
- Identify and progress scheduling transformation and innovation opportunities
- Benchmark and implement best practices in scheduling and automation
- Support the digital and data roadmap for GMS
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing
- At least 5 years of global supply chain management experience in Animal Health or Pharma
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-site projects
- Experience working in a global, transformational environment
- Strong analytical, process design, and technical skills
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, especially in scheduling and planning
- Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
