Job Description
SAP HCM Consultant working with clients to design and optimize SAP-HCM processes. Focusing on payroll and time management in a successful SAP consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting customer requirements and designing and optimizing processes
- Supporting clients' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
- Implementing new functional and legal requirements through appropriate customizing
- Advising and supporting business units in the process optimization of the SAP HCM system landscape
- Ensuring cost-effective implementation of projects (particularly year-end changes)
- Supporting clients in day-to-day operations as part of 2nd level support
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of consulting and/or project experience in the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
- Quick comprehension as well as teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
- Independent working style and commitment, with a confident manner and strong communication skills
- Fluent German language skills
