Job Description
Senior Manager in Enterprise Warehouse Management leading complex warehouse management projects for EY GDS. Involves driving design, implementation, and optimization of EWM systems to enhance operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end EWM project delivery including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management needs and translate them into effective EWM solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes leveraging EWM capabilities
- Ensure compliance with EY methodologies, quality standards, and project governance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on warehouse management and supply chain optimization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, IT, and operations to ensure seamless integration of EWM solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in warehouse management and supply chain
