Job Description
Senior Consultant providing SAP HCM solutions and consulting for Global organizations. Collaborating within teams and overseeing logistical tasks for project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis
- Provide Consulting Services to Global organizations in HCM Best Practices
- Responsible for decision-making and optimizing processes
- Oversee team management as needed for task execution
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP HCM Success Factors Employee Central
- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 5 Yrs
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- Must have done at least one end to end implementation
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
