Job Description

Actuarial Manager leading consulting for Medicaid programs at Mercer. Managing client engagements and analyzing complex actuarial projects while supporting junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead routine client engagements, managing overall service delivery and strategy
  • Draft and review client reports and presentations to summarize findings and implications
  • Perform and review complex analyses and cost projects
  • Handle day-to-day client contact and management, resolving project-related questions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+ years health actuarial experience
  • 3+ years of Medicaid leadership actuarial experience
  • Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, or MAAA)
  • Ability to handle client and project management in demanding work environment
