Job Description
Graduate Accountant opportunity to gain practical experience with Etax Accountants. Develop tax compliance skills and work with clients in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop practical tax compliance skills through structured, hands-on training
- Work with modern accounting systems and technology
- Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Collaborate with experienced accountants and industry professionals
- Build real-world experience quickly, giving you a strong career advantage
Requirements:
- Be a recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting or Finance
- Have successfully completed the Income Tax subject
- Be available to work from late May through July 2026
- Have a strong interest in taxation and continuous learning
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to develop professionally
- Currently reside in Australia and for the duration of your employment.
- To succeed in this role, you must have or willing to obtain: A laptop or desktop computer with at least 256GB storage space, and 16GB RAM (purchased in 2019 or later)
- A private, quiet workspace
- Dual screens (e.g. a laptop plus a monitor 24 inches or larger)
- Webcam (built-in or external)
- Reliable internet connection (no hotspots)
- Professional headset with microphone (no earbuds)
- Suitable desk and ergonomic chair
- Mobile phone.
