Job Description

Graphic & Motions Designer creating digital-first visuals for BJAK. You will design creative assets and collaborate on brand storytelling across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design digital-first creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads (static and motion).
  • Create motion graphics and short-form animations/videos for digital and performance marketing use.
  • Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-focused digital visuals.
  • Use AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production.
  • Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams.
  • Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency across all digital BJAK brand touchpoints.
  • Support product and growth initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate value in digital environments.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital graphic design and/or motion design roles.
  • A strong portfolio showing digital-first static design and motion work (social, ads, web, video).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/video tools such as After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to independently design and animate digital marketing assets.
  • Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production.
  • Solid understanding of digital layouts, aspect ratios, motion timing, and platform formats.
  • Ability to work remotely, move quickly, and deliver under tight timelines.
